Hi all this is my new Tactic i have work long and hard for months developing this tactic im not saying it's perfect but has given me some amazing results , My main philosophy is creative, attractive, attacking play.

It's set as a 4-2-3-1 .
  • WB'S - ATTACKING DUTY , CROSS AIM TARGET MAN, RUN WITH BALL, RUN FROM DEEP.
  • DC'S - ALL OFFENSIVE TACTICS SET LOW .DEFENSIVE DUTY.
  • MCL - SET TO BBM, SUPPORT DUTY.
  • MCR - SET TO BWM, DEFENSIVE DUTY.
  • IF - SUPPORT DUTY, CROSS AIM TARGET MAN, MOVE INTO CHANNELS.
  • AMC - ATTACK DUTY, COSS AIM TARGET MAN, MOVE INTO CHANNELS.
  • POACHER - ATTACK DUTY , MOVE INTO CHANNELS, RUN FROM DEEP , RUN WITH BALL.
PHILOSOPHY - VERY FLUID
STRATEGY - OVERLOAD
PITCH SIZE - NORMAL

Kobe25 - I get my assistant to do match prep , before match starts tell the team DO IT FOR THE FANS.Half time if winning say KEEP IT UP. if losing say EXPECT BETTER.
 
Pitch Size - Normal / Medium.
Phil - Very Fluid / Str - Overload.

Team Talks
Before Match - Lets give fans something to cheer about.
Half Time
Losing - Assertive ( i expect to see much better)
Winning - Passionate ( i'm pleased with how things are going keep it up)

Touchline Instructions :- (second half only if struggling)
Hassle opponents and pump ball into box.

Even at 1 or 2 goals down at half time don't start to panic to much , second half is normally always better.

I have just finished the season with Watford and just missed playoffs finishing in 7th but didn't start using this tactic till gone halfway through season so next season should be alot better.

This Season finished 7th , Won = 23, Lost = 18, Draw = 5, Scored = 106, Against = 76.
 
I was offered a contract buy AC Milan so couldn't say no so after 5 seasons at watford i made the step up , 11 games played won 10 lost 1 scoring 41 goals and letting in 11 , so not a bad start.
 
I've tryed this tactic with watford and did well, now with ac milan , i will try with a lower league team after a couple of seasons with them first.
 
As per normal im still not happy with my tactics so now im trying something new 3-2-3-2 with first result 5-0 against roma.
