Leigh Griffins : when Chelsea offer Sturridge with lower price than him, I'm still get Leigh ... because he's Leigh Griffins.

Totally agree. Griffiths must be the bargain of FM12! Got him for £450k in january 1st season, in championship. Still scores for fun in PL (3rd season), valued at £8 mill. at the moment :D

he's playing well IRL?? He's playing awsome lol!! cant really think of a better target man out there at the moment the future for dortmund is bright IRL exspecialy with Kagawa about to put pen to paper on a new deal aswell

For me it's Franco Jara.

Got him for £1.4m at the start of the second season as Benfica transfer listed him, he's been fairly consistent and was my top scorer with 24 goals in all competitions last season.

I use him as a poacher alongside a target man.

Kyle Bartley!!! Been playing great at CB for me for three seasons now! Probably wouldn't throw him straight into the first team first season, but definitely take a look at him second season. Also he is probably best suited for a mid-table Prem team.

Not really a surprise. Gael Kakuta has ALWAYS been one of the top young players in FM for the past 4 years.
I know he always had great PA but this is the first time I kept him in the first team and he developed like a beast, one of the best AML in the world!!!(crossing-18,valued at 17M)

For me its Niko Kranjcar. I know he has good numbers and my coaches say he's good but I always see him getting sold cheaply from Tottenham so I wasn't sure of how he would perform for my Tottenham. Unfortunately, Bale and Lennon both went down with a couple month long injuries so I played him as AML and he wouldn't stop scoring and setting up goals during his time in the first team. His assist numbers were almost as good as Modric. (If I wasn't in class I'd post a screenshot)

Tomas Kalas. First 2 seasons he was a solid player for me but not outstanding. This season hes come to life. Makes crucial headers and interceptions. Always starts counter attacks. 8 goals, 3 assists and 5 man on the matches in 25 appearances. Not bad for a centre back.

Also Ahmed Soukouna. 65 goals in 157 league games. Not a bad return for a player that I got on a free.

I didn't know where else to put this and I saw he was mentioned earlier on in this thread. Joe McKee has really surprised me since I bought him in first season, thought I'd try and develop him a little bit and after getting his speed up to a reasonable level, I'm ready to give him a real go. A bit more on passing and a few mental stats and I should have a top player:

Tom Heaton, Bought him for 500k as a backup and ended up first choice for Southampton.

Roland Juhász! Signed him for 5.000 in 2011/2012 averaged 7.49 in Wigan. Great for a team aiming for a top 6 finish.

simon *** aswell for me has been so solid upfront last to seasons for what he is valued and rated
i would easily say he is strong enough for any top 7 club.
alberto bueno aswell is great 1.2 million transfer and 1st season he was 3rd choice and still got 12 goals from mostly subs from 25 appearances.
kyle naughton aswell 2.3 and he is averaging 7.23 great going upfront aswell 3 goal 6 assists and its just turned january

Got to say mines was Tamas Kadar at Newcastle. His Potential isnt that Brilliant but he would constantly play in an avg season about 7.30 and scored between 6-12 goals a season.

In my Journeyman save, I took charge at HSV, the season before they finished 16th and were almost relegated.

I finished 3rd in my first season with them, because of this guy; Tiago Luis. That guy is a goal machine!

His stats are **** poor, but he's still epic!

When I gave Jesse Lingard some chances in the cup games, he did so well I decided to play him in the league every now and then too. I think his average was 7.23 in what must've been over 10 games...can't remember if he scored or how many assists he got, I just remember him creating loads of chances. This was down the left btw, his best position is apparently attacking midfield.
