Craig Davies for me on my Barnsley game. 15 starts and 15 goals. He was only my back up till my main striker got injured. Brought him in and now he cant stop scoring.

Erick Pieters. I buy him every save because almost every team I play lacks a backup DL. He's cheap, doesn't have the best stats, has low star reports, but for some strange reason he always plays well! Not like ultra-goal-scoring-well but he rarely plays bad or makes mistakes, which is excellent for me as a backup. He also doesn't complain about lack of playing during the first season in.

I buy him first season at 2.5M€-3M€ and you can easily sell him at 7.5M€-12M€ at the end of the season, depending on your team's reputation.

Nelson Rivas, saw him on a list of best free agent pickups, has some very good defense stats but also has things like concentration 4. My coaches say he's 2 star (on my Sochaux team where Marvin Martin is 4.5 stars current)but he has consistently averaged over 7.2 and has scored some goals along the way

For me its sime vrsaljko, bought him for newcastle for 2 million, im in 2017 and man city have offered 31 million for him.

Also, lucas digne comes a close second, bought him for newcastle also for 1 million, loaned him out for 4 straight seasons to league 1 and championship clubs and he is my first choice LB.

For me it's Victor Ruiz. I brought him into my Malaga squad intially as a backup player cz I have Musacchio, Kaboul, and Demichelis already. He played really well and now is a rotation instead of Musacchio, several clubs also have turned their eyes to him.
