Swansea help - Second season (15.3)

I'm in the summer at the start of the 2nd season at Swansea. I finished 7th the previous season and managed to get a Euro Cup place for the next season.
I'm looking to reinvest money I've been given and funds from selling players. I sold Shelvey, Gomis and Ashley Williams and replaced them with Tielemans, Zaza and Peruzzi. I have about £30M left of my budget and feel I need some Euro Cup/Top 4 standard players for the forthcoming season in the following positions;

Centre Back (tried Balanta but he chose Schalke)
Deep Lying Forward

and maybe an Inside Forward and Goalkeeper.

I'm using the ''EXECUTIONER'' tactic

cb: you need english players for quota. Andre Wisdom is good. Look also at umtiti/marquinhos.

Dlf: Lacazette or zaza

If: munir loan. Or krejci or sansone.

gk:butland/ruddy/consigli/orjan nyland/rossbach

GK..Leali or Sam Johnstone from Man United

CB- J.Okore or R.Vlaar

IF- Zahavi,Kakuta or Pablo Sarabia.

ST-DLF- Steven Fletcher or Danny Ings are good at that role.

Defence - Veendorp, Peruzzi & Jenkinson (loan)

IF - Rotariu & Sarabia

False 9 - Fierro & Jovic

And Tielemans & Correa (loan)
