Not too hard to retrain people to play there tbh. I'd imagine players who can maybe play other positions, for example Strandberg, will have a higher versatility rating than someone who can just play CB, so retraining someone like him might be easier.

I managed to get my San Marino team in Serie A. I tried quiet few different tactics in my save, but ever since I used this one the results are pretty amazing! 2-2 vs Barca away (it was Barcas own goal in 93rd, but who cares ) and a win in the second match

Version 2 is called Fantastic 3-6-1, it's in the same forum. I've decided to leave this one rolling, because tbh it's not even a bad tactic. Infact... it works. lol.
