I started with Swindon from the start of 2012, won promotion to league 1 via 3rd place (only just). Signed a few loan players that season including Conor Coady, Kristian Adorjan, Will Keane and some freebies, Pablo Counago (35 goals all competitions)
Started 2nd season in league 1 with no transfer budget and 20k less a week in wages (not quite sure how that works??)
Started ok and finished in 9th place overall which was good achievement considering budgets and lack of players etc. 3rd season approaching and applied for a job as got no money to spend again and less wages again. club was in debt but not through myself.
Resigned from Swindon as werent getting anywhere. Club showed no ambition by keep taking money from budgets etc.
Applied for Reading job in October of 3rd season and got it with 250k to spend and spending 10k more on wages than budgeted for by previous manager.
Adjusted budgets to suit and all players were leaving for free at end of season due to not wanting to sign new deals, ended up with finishing in 20th place 2 points above relegation zone and with 6 players in squad when contracts ended.
Looked at league stats and i scored 92 goals 4th best in league total but conceded 102 goals which ruined it.
Start of 4th season and budgets for best ive had for the whole game.
When all the players left i had 190k wage budget remaining but needed nearly 20 players to have a half decent size squad.
So a mental busy summer and signed loads of players

won on pens in league cup 1st round against wycombe with 87 min equaliser
won in extra time in 2nd round against palace 3-2 after leading 1-0 til 80th something minute
have now got Burnley in third round
lost 2-1 to cardiff away after battering them for an hour and having loads of chances the scored in last 5 mins
Couple of other results which cant remember but had a bad start to league.
Most players didnt have much of a pre season and arent that fit plus theyve hardly played together so im hoping for a better season than last.
