Tactic familiarity not increasing, bug?

7 games into the season and none of the levels have increased from awkward, i'm currently 10th with Stoke so i'm doing ok.

Is this a visual bug(i.e. The levels are increasing and I just can't see them) or are they affecting gameplay?

I think it just takes longer now.
I made 3 tactics on my first save and it took forever for the familiarity to increase,but on another save I only made 2 and it does increase quicker.
My tip would not be to overload the players with too many tactics the first season,as I'm sure you'll keep some of the familiarity the second season and you can then introduce a thrid tactic.

I think it takes a long time compared to 13 but the instructions do not alter the familiarity of the formation.That's my theory anyway, because the game seems to want you to alter those instructions per match (you can even do it on the match preview screen) rather than set your sliders for your tactic and that's it.I could be wrong, I haven't really explored it much
