Tactic for a small Club

Hi

I'm looking tactic for a small Club. In patch 15.2 and 15.2.1 I was using Bad Possesion (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/share-download-fm-15-tactics/207417-bad-possession-180-goals.html). Unfortunatelly after installed patch 15.3 it doesn't working. I have found a few new tactic but all have problem with defensive. The tactic was created for big club which have player with enought skills like technical, tackling, marking etc. I'm trying to find something for a small Club where the player are poor (example tackling 11, marking 11, technical 4, etc) . Somebody can recommend something ?

"New Diablo" tactic kinda working for me... I'm AFC Tellford in SkyBet2 at this moment odds for me winning title is 2001.0 (no it's not mistake) and I'm 2nd position at this moment.. very painful to watch tho when your team have 30+ shots and zero goals sometimes

Yeah I'm using it and probably will promote in this season. 4 match to finish and first place with 7 point of lead.
