tactic for chelsea

Hello,
This is my team and I tried many tactics but they only work 2 or 3 months, please help me to find a good tactic for my team. My team is chelsea and my tactics is 4-2-2-2

On the subject. If the tactics have worked initiall and then all of a suffen fails, I am afraid that you will see the same scenario regardless of what tactic you use/download as its probably down to manhandling and the fact teams sits deeper with more men behind the ball after a few month, forcing you to tweak your tactic rather than just using another one
