tactic for playing against big teams

hello i am playing with birmingham i and against teams with similar reputations i always win but when playing aganist teams like arsenal, man city and manutd and chelsea i always lose with score so can anyone recommend me a tactic. and here is my team

hey mate, yeah, you really need to tone down the attacking side and get a ball winner, defensive mid in their and play on the counter with a deep line and a stopper as a Cb...

use raikan's tatci, or have ur team play a deep defensive line, one cm that does the takling, and the others support. if u have one forward, play him an attacking role. if two, then one supports will the other attack, which is ur target man.
