Just started a career as West Han and have got Andy Carroll back from injury. Was wondering if anyone knew any good tactics that I could use to make the most out of his aerial ability?

What tactic should I use on FM 16?

Best tactic for Andy Carroll is to sell him and buy a proper striker.

West Ham have some quality on-the-ball players, using a Target Man will tend to make them play very direct to Carroll in the air. I suggest making him a DLF, so he will use his strength to hold up play, and still generally be a physical hook when attacking, just players like Payet will be able to show their abilities more.

There is a decent one on FM SCOUT, that i just started in the lower leagues, uses TM and AF combo, going really well for me so far.
