Tactic for the gers!!

I'm looking a tactic for rangers to start me off with them. Never seem to do well with them and looking a bit of help! Any suggestions would be helpful

Have you made any transfers or is it the default squad ?

I have only loaned in Danny Wilson and Nile ranger for the season havnt spent anything yet mate
