Tactic for Vitesse

Im having a nightmare with Vitesse, currently in 15th...
Im playing 4-2-3-1 with wingers and am getting smashed! Cant stop conceding goals...

Can anyone advise a tactic to try?

i don't think Vitesse is that bad a side! Have you made any decent signings? Its probably the players you have, not the tactic you're using. You might want to consider have two anchor men, then have a diamond in front of them. have a team meeting as well, if you haven't already had one. And if I remember correctly, Vitesse has a sugar daddy, so just grind this season out, avoid being sacked, then spend money on good players in the summer. good luck!
