Tactic Guidance

Im just enquiring, All the tactics i see on the Share and Download thread are all good if your teams like Barca, Or Madrid. but im currently in league 1 with Swindon and cannot find a tactic to try. Anyone recommend any? im currently using a 4132 which is doing well, but not great

Should be decent for lesser teams.
