hi i've been downloading tactics a lot in this fm and previous fms and i think its time to start making my own! so are there any videos or guides out there that will help a total noob? also little hints/tricks would help. thanks

Go on Sports Interactive forums matey and look for the tactics section, plenty of guides in there... some of the stickies in it are really good from moderators.
