Look at the "What to do if you just can't win" thread under general discussion. You're problem is not unique. It is not a plug and play game. There are many suggestions on that thread. My personal suggestion is to play counter against good teams and attacking or standard against ****** teams. Adjust anytime you see an issue. For example if their right side is weak focus passing down the right. You also should utilize shouts and opposition instructions. Check out the tactics guides on the tactics forum for suggestions on how to set that up.
