When your on a match day, i always seem to let the assistant manager pick my team because i can't be bothered messing around with every position in the team, what do you guys do? do you pick the team yourself? or let the assistant manager do it?

But you should really pick the team yourself,since the assistant manager usually have a tendency to use players in odd positions.
