Tactic help

Hey guys, what tactic should I use before my team are getting used to one of the forum downloadable tactics.
Until they are familiarized with the new tactic, as from my experience unfamiliarized tactics are hectic.

The one you used before, the only one that your team is actually familiar with ?
Personally, I only switch tactics in the preseason and then I never need to bother with these things.
