I'm managing Leeds in the first season. I was doing very well with them, going between 1st and 3rd over the months. Then my tactic just suddenly stops working and i lose 8 in a row. I'm at the point where i'm trying to create a new tactic but nothing seems to be working. What do i do in this situation?
