Tactic needed Sampdoria 3rd Season

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone could recommend a tactic to suit my team as my one just can't find that edge to win the Serie a, I've finished 2nd in my first two seasons. My team is:

GK: Romero
RB: Lorenzo Di Silvestri/Romario/Motta
CB: Capuano/Caldiriola/Rugani
LB: Molinaro/Andrea Costa
DM/CM: Palombo/Crisetig/Pedro Obiang/Wanyama/Salifu/Lodi
AML/R: Bernard/Eder/Halilovic/
ST: Kozak/Gabbiadini/Paloschi

Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Lovely team you got there

Would go with an 4-1-2-3, or change it into a 4-1-2-2-1 with two inside forwards.
At least, thats the tactic I use for most of my teams.
