I need a tactic which i can use for a small reputation club for matches against bigger. which i can defend properly and use counter attacks to score. Any suggestions?

Naturally, it would depend on the players what kind Of counter approach one should use. Have à look in My counter versions ( not uploaded) in My tactic thread ( its à sticky).
