Here is the new testing database for the new patch if anybody wants to use it, you need to run both editor files and then select national teams.

An updated 4141 Goal Machine 22.3 (ZaZ - Blue 4.0 Tweak) which performed very well in my test. PS the previous version is currently the best performing underdog tactic in the FM-Base test.

I have created this database with two new nations, Contender (all players with 155 CA & PA) and Underdog (all players rated 145 CA & PA) they will compete against the top 10 nations in the world.
If you take the top 17 players from each nation the average CA of each nation is as follows:
1. Germany 163 CA
2. France 161 CA
3. Brazil 161 CA
4. England 160 CA
5. Spain 159 CA
6. Argentina 158 CA
7. Portugal 158 CA
8. Italy 157 CA
9. Contender 155 CA
10. Belgium 155 CA
11. Holland 152 CA
12. Underdog 145 CA.
