Tactical advice plz

I've took over at Swansea and want to attempt to create my own tactic ( as Im absolutely **** at it), but wanna give it a go, I just need a couple of pointers to get me started.
Now I've noticed Swansea have got speed on the wings so I wanna utilise that and play the quick passing game but what I wanna know is what team instructions do I need as a"base" to work with, and hopefully build from there.

You could use anything you want within reason. Defensive/Structured all the way up to Control/Fluid - select Shorter Passing for your team with your creative playmaker given more license to play out to your wingers. In terms of formation just make sure you play wide players and with Swansea you'd preferably play them high up - so you're talking about 4-1-2-2-1 (Defensive midfield triangle) or 4-2-3-1. You could play 4-4-2 but that might not suit a short passing game if pace is your number one strength.
