Tactical Coaching!?

hello everyone,

I am very new to this forum. But playing FM since 2005. Recently I have come to a situation. I have scheduled some of my own training schedules for attacking players and defensive players. And some players think that tactical coaching could be improved. So, I have tried modifying my customized training schedules and set the tactics training to high. But, nothing happened. They still think that tactical coaching could be improved.

Any suggestions guys?

well... My first team coach has 15 in tactics... and the other coach has 19... two GK coaches both has 12! I know the ratings are not impressive for GK coaches. So i signed a new First team coach recently who has 19 in tactics. Will it be helpful? I guess i need to change my GK Coaches.
