Tactical familiarity (bug?)

Hey guys i have a problem with 2 players of my team.
The tactical familiarity does not improve.

Großkreutz has the same problem as Cuevas.
They played booth 6 games so its not beacuse they dont play.
And i train Match tactics and this stuff like 4 - 5 times a week and its still not improve.
I hope you can help me with this problem and sorry for my bad english.

i ahve same issue with one of my DM's.
but he plays well so think its a visual bug
