tactical help for my team!!

well,i've tried loads of tactics for this team but none seem to give justice to it.heres the team.
adler
srna
verthongen
sakho/pablo
marek cech/balzaretti
sahin/huddlestone
paulo henrique(he seems to be lacking quite a lot)
pastore(not upto the mark)
neymar
alexis sanchez
kerzhakov

i also wanted to play paulo henrique and pastore together by setting pastore in the AMC postion whereas henrique playing a bit deeper in CM dictating the play but it doesnt seem to work!also defence looks in shambles almost every time.desperate help needed.

thx for that adman.what do i do about the opposition and the touchline instructions?anything to go with that?and isnt sanchez better as a winger?
