Counter Mentality is misrepresented in game, it really slows the game down, and is more suited to a possession based game.

The Attacking mentality is used when you want quick direct attacks, which is what you are looking for, the drop deeper defensive line brings teams onto you and then you hit them quick on the break when you win the ball back. This is what I would interpret counter attacking to be. Conceding from corners is something everyone is having trouble with since the patch, try setting a player to mark 6 yard box, and another to mark edge of area. this should let you deal with stray balls being knocked down to these area's.

Mate, are you sure about the counter attacking mentality with direct and quick passing? 'Cos attack mentality makes you vulnerable against stronger teams. The counter with drop deep and direct passing does not help in possession, but with it you can hit a top opponent time and again at the break after absorbing pressure.

The attack mentality throws men forward, if I'm not wrong.

I am sure mate, attack would only throw men forward in a fluid system with everyone looking to play as a team towards the goal of attacking. Using rigid you have players playing more individually so you have a block of defenders who don't bomb forward, a group of supporters who support both defensive and attacking blocks aswell as transition, and finally an attacking block who will pose the threat going forward.

Yes it's true what callamity says as far as I know.

But callamity, do you have any advice for my tactic. If I play attacking I concede 2-4 goals every match and I only score once...

Is this since your dramatic squad overhaul?
from my understanding you have been promoted to a harder league. Try adding in the drop deeper shout to soak up more.
you can also try a deep 4231 as the CM will more than likely be getting the ball played past him instead of through him, rendering him obsolete. this will give you more cover in defense and hopefully another player to provide more intricate through balls. creating chances.

Most of the goals I concede are not through balls, but long shots, because my DM and CM are out of position...
Or goals from a corner.

This is why I suggested playing 2 dm's to cover the area in front of the defense, and stop them shooting.
drop deeper is to bring teams onto you, and soak up more pressure, it also allows more space in behind when you win the ball back to counter attack into, this will get you more goals mate.

It will be harder because you were forced into changing so many players more so than the league you are in too. the advice I gave will hopefully provide more defensive cover to stop you conceding whilst creating more chances on the counter :D

and the trequartista and inside forwards with attacking duty stay?

thanks mate, I really appreciate your help

the roles are entirely up to you mate, these will create lots of different movement patterns when attacking, if you watch games and see them getting in each others way you can switch it up a bit, but for now i think it is fine to leave it as is.

AAAAAAAAAARGH
Every time I score and I'm 1-0 up, they score in the last 5minutes...
It's just so frustrating.

Use defense training during awaY games, mate . Train the CBs to have more composure :D

It's going well now.
Here are the results in the competition and the cupmatch against Frankfurt:

Since the game against Siegen I changed the tactic a bit.

GK-FB(S),CD(C),CD(D),FB(S)-A-CM(S)-IF(S),AP(S),IF(S)-AF(A)

-------GK-------
FB--CD-CD--FB
-------A-------
-------CM-------
IF----AP----IF
-------AF-------

Team instructions: Much higher tempo, more disciplined, drop deeper, pass into space and direct passing

Mentality: attacking Fluidity: rigid

Thank you callamity and Hector89 for your support and advice.

Here the table:
