I have started a savewith Harrogate, won league two and am fighting within 1-2 points in league one with Sunderland and Hull.
fielded reserve teams in all cups and focused on stature growth while overachieving through thorough transfers and loans. I found that signing a handful of free agents who are 3.5 stars plus, and also some talented loanees, I increased the ability instantly and now find myself desiring the prospect of becoming a championship regular.
I am now finding that my 4-2-3-1 Genpress is stagnating and is no longer effective. I have encountered some up and down results and it’s now into the final third of the season. Mostly draws and now creating and scoring less despite having the best goal difference in the league.
What is the best way to give an influx of life into my tactic again, is there any recommendations to try at this level, with this sort of level of team?
