Tactics Advice for Oxford United

Hi everyone. I'm 6 months through a career with Oxford United, and am on course for automatic promotion this season. I am not great on tactics and have basically taken a guess and gone with a wide 4-5-1 (or 4-1-2-2-1 as it is also called) which somehow seems to be working. I have brought in two decent wings (one left one right), a goalkeeper and a central midfielder. Am currently in need of another CM/DM and another striker. My board want me to play attractive, attacking football, which I am currently not really doing.
