tactics and training

i'm sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, i couldnt find anywhere else to put it!
does anyone know of any training schuduals to download?? ( like you can with tactics) i can never seem to set training right either they all lose attributes or they injure themselves in training, really need some help sorting out this aspect of the game.
