I'm supirzed no one had mentioned players. Time and time again I've seen some of my teams fail and some achieve great success. I played as QPR and won everything possible in my first season but then I started a game as city and used the same tactic within different speeches to suit the team and I was getting draws against small teams and barely scrapping wins. I'm sure if I went up against city with limerick F.C and used any tactic but grave a great team talk I'd still think we would comfortably lose by about 10 goals.
