Match Tips
Shouts to use:
Focus - If you're playing against a stronger team use this straight away. It increases the defensive tendency.
Push Forward - If you're playing against a defensive team and have most of the possession.

Suitable Players:
False 9 - At least 13 in passing and vision.

Magnificent tactic, great results.

I downloaded FM18 and this was literally the first tactic that i tried.
I am so happy the 424 works in this FM!

I tried this just for fun and went on holiday mode with Bayern, Dortmund and Arsenal. The results are insane. Unstable as ****, but insane. I think its too unstable for a team like Bayern who are expected to dominate a quite difficult leauge. However, a quality top team with no absolute pressure to win the league could work i.e Arsenal.

If Bayern loses 4-0 to Mainz (which happened in my save), thats a disaster. If Arsenal loses 4-1 to Stoke (which also happened), then thats more like "**** happens, typical Arsenal".

So I ditched Bayern/Dortmund as the results were too unstable after a couple of months:
Dortmund 11 games, 5 wins, 3 draws, 3 losses.
Bayern 10 games, 6 wins, 1 draw, 3 losses (beat Liverpool 7-2)

Again, keep in mind that this was holiday mode. And the results would perhaps have panned out and improved over the course of the season but I didnt have the patience for it

In the PL: 10 games, 9 wins, 35 goals scored, 13 conceded...
LOL poor Liverpool got trashed 7-2 AGAIN
