I tweak everything I download to suit the team I have. I thought everyone did, plug and play hast worked in a few FM's for me.

As a city fan, I tend to try attacking wide full backs, a holding dmc, and possession as a style for my teams..

I think most people do some tweaks, but reading through some of the more popular threads, some people does the opposite, tweaks the team to fit the tactic. I had a few plug and play tactics working well the last few FMs, especially in FM16, Jesaustralia had some plug and play tactics.

For a newbie FM player tweaking may be a bit hard to get startet with without some examples to be inspired by and learn from :)
 
What is realistic 4123 (with wingers or IFs) tactic? I am using Liverpool

Anyone can recommend a successful tactic that doesn't rely heavily on crosses? 3-4-3 tactics are so boring to watch but perform so much better than any other that it's hard not to use them...

Gonna give it a go with my City team. Mendy on the left. Sane in the Adv Fw. seems to fit them pretty well.. even if it needs tweaking a bit
