Guys, I like to play with lower league Teams and make them grow. In your opinion what is the best tactic for this kind of clubs.
I saw a lot of tactics that worked great with sharks, what about the small ones? Much more difficult...

After a few tweaks, tactic works even better (reminds me the game style of this year's Barça |) )
Won Eredivisie when we are predicted 12, with Sol and Velikonja on fire, and even reserves won their league...

Basically, i put it on 'control' again.

Trying it out with Arsenal atm. No transfers first window.
Train is done by assistant.

BTW, how did it go defensively? Was it like other good tactics this year (i.e. outscoring the opponents instead of keeping a clean sheet and scoring 1, 2 goals)?
From your screenshot of GD +40, it is not clear.
Can't tell... i guess it depends of the quality (and speed) of your defenders, didn't it? I'm having lots of possession (for Willem II. We are between 52-62%) and lots of CCCs. But i play always instant result, so...
