For me this is still the most realistic and great performing tactic out there! Been using it twice. First a save with BK Hacken, swedish first division. Won it with a few games to go. Great possession and attacking style of play and with being great solid at the back.

Now second save i´ve been using it with a pretty regular, Bournemouth, sure they have a pretty exciting squad but were still predicted 15th at the start of the season. Now we sit 8th after a bad start of the season, using two different 4-1-2-3 tactics (both fluid). Now this is the result, notice the schedule after the Brighton game, nowhere near fluid here (and still not)

Hey guys, I've been using the Attack on! Guru! tactic since I started playing FM18, had great results but less great with lower league teams, so I started tinkering with the tactic and had success.

I wanted to confirm the results and played the first season with Bournemouth...
Here are the results...

Finished 2nd (only signed Willshire in Januray)
44 Games - 28 wins - 3 drawn - 13 lost
63% wins
Scored 118
Conceded 69

I use plug and play. The AM is left with everything but the substitutions during the match...

A crossing tactic?

Can anyone recommend a very good crossing tactic? I have a great striker who is a Poacher and CF, but I can't get a good crossing tactic, use my wingers to cross them balls to me striker.

heres a tactic my mate created you need pacey cbs pacey strikers and your wide men need to have 15+ work rate 15+ team training leave to *** manager Steam Workshop :: FMGizzmo 3-4-1-2

Any of the 352 and 343 or 433 tactics are all crossing tactic only 442 tactics are not crossing tactics , so its pretty much choose any tactic they have on here !!!

i suppose 4231 is used when the opposition doesn't use DM and the 4123 is more defensively/counter orientated
