I don' t know mate. Don' t speak korean and haven' t tested the tactic. The screenshots he posted were with a superteam though.

Which quality of players you have ?
Tactic creator used super team plus he also can use in-game editor and made all players skills to 20.
Because this matches 20-0, 24-2 etc is insane.
Can someone test it with strong team ?
I'm in 2035 with the best team in the game
