Hey @kriptonit21 i used the same Tactic but its going badly. i just have some questions.

the ball over the top is causing havoc for my defenders and im conceding a lot of goals this way. Would lowering the back line help or should i mark the Striker/strikers more closely? Also With in game shouts does anyone know of a guide as this is the first FM im playing since 15.

Tbh i dont really cant help you. That tactic was going great for me at 19.1.2. Now in 19.1.5 its not so good.
Dont really know if i did something wrong.

Changed from work ball in to box to hit early crosses
Changed defensive and pressing lines to a bit lower

Only downside that we lost the coppa Italia match against Verona even though we dominated with the reserve team

That tweak really worked well for me too.

My team is Sociedad and all of my reserve teams are using same tactics too. Both mine and their results are improved significantly.

All you have to do is just keeping an eye on yellow cards...
