If you don't mind testing this, I took JP Woody's Total Football tactic and changed it into a 4-1-2-3 with a couple of minor tweaks. It is basically his tactic but the changes have worked wonders for me so a little test to would be lovely. I just want to see how it compares to the original tactic and I hope JP doesn't mind that I have made the minor changes

Update
I am currently testing the last tactic of the first round, tomorrow I will be starting the top 10 shootout however there are a few tactics which I havn't had time too test, the main reason I didn't test these tactics are that there are already very similar tactics to these in the top 10 and I feel the shootout will be more interesting with 10 different tactics in. However I will keep these tactics on file and may test after I have done the top 10 shootout:
