Tactics kits have dissapeared!!

i have downloaded a gamefaces, kits, badges and premier league numbers pack and are all working but then i went to my tactics screena nd the kits have dissapeared. I have tried deleting the graphics folder i created to put all of the add-ons in, i have also tried moving the add-ns off of the game then utting them back in still doesn't work.

this is very annoying can anyone help me?
