Tactic's upload

I did upload a tactic of mine, I made sure the whole post, I put images, but it appears not yet available ... and no one can download the tactics, why is this happening?

Takes as long as it takes. Approvals get done when one of the staff gets round to it. Ive just done it so yours should now be available
