The tactics I'm using are 4-2-4 counter attack, pressing, committed an I have the mentality attacking (home) defensive (away) with these tactics I've played 31 games I'm in 3rd won-20 drawn-4 lost-7 I've signed Isco-£15m Balottelli-£26.5m Ben Arfa-£15m Reo Coker,Del Horno, Gordan, Hargreaves, Miguel-Free... And the young players I've bought I've loaned straight back out Zouma-£4.8m Acacaer-£120k Costanzo-£500k Clayton-£160k Webster-£80k McFadzean-£250k James-£110k Anderson-£3m Cigerci-£50k....

any ideas on how to improve my team with tactics or players would be welcome
