Tactics with few or no team instructions??

So...I've seen loads of tactics on here which involve lots (10+) team instructions involved...so, are there any tactics out there with either no, or very few, instructions - the sort that are more-or-less successful purely on the basis of their formation and player roles or simply a change of mentality and the sort that would assist those players with stats in the single figures?

You will see some tactics with few team instructions like TFFs, but then they are fine tuned with a lot of individual player instructions...
