Tactics won't save

Every time i create a tactic on tactics creator then save it after I play a game or change tactic they disappear.i cant seem to save tactics.please help.its been bugging me for days.

Yeah this is REALLY annoying. Mine don't disappear completely though, but it only restores the formation, roles, duties, fluidity and balance. It doesn't seem to recall team or player instructions! I might post this on SI forum.
