Takeover never happens

Hey all,

In my game at Little Common ever since the first season my Chairman has been wanting to sell the club. However it has never happened so far and we're in October 2015 now. There have been many takeover talks, numerous times coming to the point of a transfer embargo, but they always fail to succeed.

As it's starting to get a bit annoying I was wondering whether this was a known problem or if there's something I could do about it (which I doubt).

You've just been unlucky mate, I don't think it is a known bug.

Should it be possible for it to take this long then? I've never seen anything like it. Generally when a Chairman wants to leave the club gets sold within a few months. For me nearly 5 years have passed
