does your club have more chance getting took over if it is sucessful and wealthy or in debt and banging relagation? very curious as am wanting a red hot chairman with red hot money to come and take me over

you are more likely to get taken over when you are successful and are makiing a profit each month. Check chairman status to see how likely u are of being taken over.

then be expecting talks of a takeover over the next few weeks. It takes a while to develop and u may not get a rich guy. you may get a rich guy, a member of the board or it may just fall apart. Only time will tell

In my Bromley game, I've just been taken over by the former Director of the team.

He's said there will be no investment in to the club and cut our links with Crystal Palace, but that's life.
