Taking a screenshot(print screen)

This has probably been answered before but i could not find the answer so im sorry if this comes across as spam.

Ive created a rather good tactic which i would like to share with the FM community, i need screenshots to show its results but when i click print screen it shows 3 options: Printer, Web Page and text file. None of them really make sense. I would want to save it as an image not a web page or text file?

Which one do i select in order to upload it on here as an image?

Sorry if this is a dull question and if it has been answered before,
can't wait to upload my tactic later and hopefully you can all do well with it like i have.

Press F12 then the images will appear in your Steam Library.

Alt + F9 - takes a screenshot and puts it into a folder in your documents, the first time you do it you need to create a screenshot folder - for example - C:\Users\your PC name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\screenshots
