Taking a skill south side to the Premier league best tactic?

Hey all I'm planning on taking my beloved Dover athletic to the promised land just like the past two fm's I'm looking for advice and links to good tactics I've tried a lot already this year and none seem very good for a lower league team, I've tried super kondas,arrigo sacchi , jassar's tactics so am I going to be best off just making my own tactic like a bog standard 4-4-2?

all advice and tips on this years game are welcome , I'm a sponge so all information and help will be absorbed

I dont use his tactics personally cause there always seems to be fannying about. remove this add this do that take this... but heard decent reviews on it and being 4-5-1 should be solid

you need to change as you move up. I made a tactic but tweaked it each season and went from south to premier league with EBBSFLEET

Depends on the players at your disposal. There's no "best tactic" for every team, there's a best tactic for your team.
