Speaking to BBC Sport about his new job as manager of Newcastle united Robert Lecomber seemed very happy about given the opportunity to take the club he supports back into the top tier of English football when asked he had this to comment "I appreciate people will be questioning both my inexperience and why the club decided to part company with Mr Benitez , all i can say is that i am very confident in my ability to take this club forward"

With people questioning Lecomber's appointment already he will have to show quickly he is capable of do a good job at st. james park.

This season's expectations are to win the Sky Bet Championship Reach the 5th round of the fa cup and reach the 4th round of the EFL cup.

TACTICS:

Here are the tactics i will be using this season i like possession based football so my main tactic is a 4-5-1/4-3-3 depending on how you see it.

Transfers:

I only have 5M to spend on players so transfer's, unless they are free are unlikely.

right guys here is an update sorry it's taken so long so let's start with transfers in/out two players left Anita because he moaned about wanting to leave to play for a better team so he got sold to wolfsberg for 10.5M but clause and add ons mean it can go up to 14.5M which i think is a good deal and likewise tiote bitched as well so he went to swansea for 4.5M again can raise to 6.25M and 3 loanee's went out on loan as i felt they wouldn't play much!!!! in with that money i got two back up' player's and two prospects, screenshots of them will be below.

Now on to the fixture's and results.

The first match was against fulham where we beat them 3-1 using a revised 4-3-3 narrow formation will go into that later.

and then we had the EFL cup 2nd round against sheff utd with a almost strongest side you would think i would win wouldn't you WRONG!!!!!! lost 1-0

So back again guys for review of September and firstly lets go into results and fixtures so first up Derby county and i was not happy at all with the lads which we lost 5-2 even tho mitro got man of the match we collectively was shocking

So after this match i was still unhappy with the tactic so i changed the shape slightly and team instructions and hoped we would do better.

Then our second game was QPR and after the derby game i wasn't holding out much hope but we just managed to hold on to a 1-0 win and going in to this match they were the league leaders tells you we did really well so the new tactic after one game showed an improvement.

the next match we played wolves and beat them 3-1 at St.James park great to see us winning in front of our fans

so the next match was villa and after we was starting to put a run of form together about long last lads and lassies i was hoping for a result and we got it 3-0 Get In HWTL!!!!!

And our last match of the month was against norwich were we beat them 2-0 now to make it 4 wins on the bounce get in!!!!!

hi guys im back with another update here is what has happen in October.

Our first match we faced Rotherham and we were to be honest to win here and win we did well it wasn't a win it was a thumping we played them right off the park winning 6-1

Our next match was Brentford where we was expected to beat them however we succumbed to a 2-2 draw.

Our next match was yet again a disappointing draw against barnsley which ended 3-3 what i'm seeing is we are good at scoring but not good defending.

Our next result was against Ipswich were we were the favourites to win this and we duly delivered winning the match 2-0.

Our final match this month was against PNE and we beat them a whopping 5-1

So after the amazing run we are having i hope we can keep it going, we have won 7 from our last 9 which is impressive and we have not lost in 9 games too so im very happy with the way things are going.
