Taking Over School Football Team

Hi guys,

I am taking over the football team at my school (I'm a teacher). Need help with a seven a side formation.

They currently play a 2-3-1 formation, I was thinking of switching to a 3-2-1 formation any ideas on better ones?

2-3-1 would probably the best as you'll need players in the midfield. A 2-1-2-1 could work too if you're worried about the defence and don't want to congest the midfield.

Yh 2-1-2-1 might be the way to go, we don't have a fantastic defence but alot of willing runners so i think that would work well. Any other ideas?

A 4-1-1 could work, full backs working as midfielders as well.

yh that's basically what they currently play....a 2-3-1 with midfielders getting responsible for legging back and forawrd lol!
