I'm playing as PSG in 2019, and I have about 10 regens in my U19 squad with 4-5 star potential. The problem is that they're almost not getting any playing time in the U19 squad or the reserve squad. The managers of my U19 and Reserve squad almost always seem to play players with only 1-2 star potential. Is there any way to make sure the players with the highest potential get the most playing time?

Like Levo1991 said, release the 1-2 star players. There is franklly no point in having them if there is a gem who can play in that position
